El Seed

This figure, made in 1994 by Bandai. Figure is 3 inches tall. El Seed is a supervillain from the animated cartoon series The Tick. He is "the self-proclaimed liberator of the plant population" and is voiced by Ed Gilbert.
 
Card is good condition apart from crease on the right hand side.
